1990	Started operation at Tsuda Science Hills Started contract research of large scale national projects
1992	Active engagements in NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) initiated researches
1999	The largest turnover based on various research projects
2002	Started collaboration with Ion Engineering Center (Facility Management Company)
2003	Started contract research businesses from private companies facing with accomplishments of the government large projects
2005	Merged Ion Engineering Center and acquired by Technology Seed Incubation Co., Ltd.
2008	Established Ion Technology Center Co., Ltd. to focus on research and development businesses separating facility management from Ion Engineering Research Institute Corporation
